The 12-month membership is designed to support adults and children to have equal and unlimited access, so you can use a consistent approach in developing emotional-regulation and resilience skills.
We offer memberships for families, homeschool groups, schools, learning centres, and health services/professionals.

Inside a 12-month Superhero Club Membership, you gain access to all of the My Friend Breath digital and printable resources listed below, combined on your own personalized membership webpage. This page is easily accessible on all computers, tablets, and mobile devices.

Each Homeschool Group, Health Service/Professional, and School/Learning Centre Membership is valid for 12 months from the date you are emailed your access details.
Memberships are not set to auto renew, so when you are nearing the end of your membership, we will reach out to invite you to sign-up for another year.
A Family Membership is a lifetime membership—a one-time purchase that gives your family unlimited access to all My Friend Breath digital books, videos, games, and printable resources.
No subscriptions, no renewals—just ongoing support as your child grows, learns, and builds emotional strength through mindful breathing.

Upon purchasing a membership you will receive an email with the link to your onboarding form.
Once this form has been completed, your membership page will be created by the MFB Team and access provided via email within 5-8 business days.
You will then be provided with onboarding support by the MFB Team to set up for success with utilizing your membership.

No, families do not have to provide their email address to be able to access from home.
They can easily access the personalized membership page of their homeschool group/school/learning centre/health service or professional at home without any additional sign-up required.
Their access is shared by the membership coordinator via email and/or QR code.
💌 Please note:
Members are given the option to sign-up to our members-only email list so that they can be directly alerted each month when the new activities are added, as well as being sent special invites, updates, and discount offers.
This information is also shared with the membership coordinator who can then pass it along to their members, so that anyone who isn’t subscribed to our list can also be informed.

When purchasing a homeschool group, school/learning centre, or health service/professional membership you will select the number of families/classes you wish to give access to these resources.
Each membership will nominate a dedicated coordinator who will be the main point of contact and manage the membership access.
The coordinator will then be responsible for sharing access with their students/teachers/clients/families by sharing their unique membership link, either via the QR code or an email to members.
We offer onboarding support to help set you and your members up for success with using your membership.

Absolutely! Our My Friend Breath resources support and help amplify the mindful breathing and social-emotional components of other well-being programs.
Our breathing patterns are especially easy to align with the emotions in the Zones of Regulation program.

Anyone can purchase a Superhero Club Membership without needing a sponsor.
If purchased independently the section referencing sponsorship will not be included on your personalized membership page.
If you would like to have your membership sponsored we suggest reaching out to businesses and organizations within your community and asking if they would be willing to provide their support.
